A pillow1stores a main part2and an elastic part3laminated by the main part2in a cover part4. The main part2includes a core material21arranged along a longitudinal direction, and a storage object23in which charcoal22is stored at both sides, and is covered by a cover material25. A concave portion27is formed in a position corresponding to the core material21. The elastic material3has elastic materials31, 32and33having hardness which becomes larger as they come closer to the main part2. A convex part27is formed in the surface, and a convex part34of the elastic part3is fitted to the concave portion27, and a portion corresponding to the convex part34is formed thicker than a portion which does not support the convex part34.
