ABSTRACT:
A catheter for retrograde perfusion of the heart through the coronary sinus, which has an infusion lumen for introducing perfusion liquid into the heart, a self inflating balloon, and a channeled flow tip at a distal end of the catheter for perfusing a cardioplegia solution into the coronary sinus.
