The body112includes an integral bracket128which provides an open access area between the bracket128and the main body112of the valve100.A valve stem130is disposed within a stem bore135,and137extending from the valve body112to the bracket128,and engaging the flow control element110.A contiguous single piece gland flange142secures packing134disposed between a valve body bore137and the stem130.The stem130includes an enlarged shoulder152which engages a contiguous single piece shear bushing148having a diameter greater than the diameter of the stem bore130,thereby preventing removal and/or blowout of the stem130without prior removal of the shear bushing148.
