ABSTRACT:
A bagel slicer which comprises a drive disk, a drive shaft, an enclosure disk and a retaining apparatus. The drive disk has a concave inside face for receiving one side of a bagel. The drive disk also has a through hole for receiving a drive shaft. The enclosure disk has a concave inside face for receiving the other side of a bagel. The enclosure disk also has a through hole in which the drive shaft is inserted. The drive disk, drive shaft and enclosure disk are held into position by the retaining apparatus. This is accomplished by interlocking fasteners located on the drive shaft and the retaining apparatus.
