ABSTRACT:
The present invention relates to a mutant bacteriaXanthomonas oryzaepathovar oryzae BXO65 with mutation at a site coding for enzyme shikimate dehydrogenase and a method of producing said mutant and also a method of screening inhibitors of bacterial pathogens with shikimate dehydrogenase pathway to develop bactericides.
