ABSTRACT:
Backing plate (11) of a disk assembly (L) of a force transmitting aggregate, in particular a multi-disk wet clutch (1) or a multi-disk wet brake, wherein the backing plate (11) is essentially ring shaped and in accordance with the invention comprises an essentially ring-shaped core plate (10) and an essentially ring-shaped backing shell (9), wherein the core plate (10) and the backing shell (9) are provided with adjacent surfaces and the backing shell (9) exhibits a profiling (P) about the circumference (UI, UA).
