ABSTRACT:
An internal combustion engine having an upper cylindrical gas chamber and a lower cylindrical gas chamber. The upper chamber having a bottom portion serving as a compression chamber and the lower chamber serving as the combustion chamber. A cooling jacket is provided between the two chamber to cool the sealing means therebetween. An inter-chamber passageway for direct communication between the bottom portion and lower chamber is provided.
