ABSTRACT:
A baby monitor transmitter is provided for use in combination with a receiver unit. The transmitter includes an arcuately shaped antenna which conforms to an arcuate shape of an upper edge of the transmitter housing. The antenna may be pivoted outwardly away from the housing to a plurality of predetermined positions. In addition, the transmitter includes a clip member which may be used to hang the transmitter on various supporting surfaces. The clip member includes a vertical leg extending parallel to a rear surface of the transmitter and the vertical leg may be moved toward and away from the housing in order to accommodate supporting structures of different sizes.
