A baby bath seat assembly includes a support member30having a mounting bracket34that clamps onto a tube wall18and carrying a support36that extends downwardly into the tub. The support31carries a base38on which the scat40is mounted to turn through approximately 180°, and a detent mechanism110releasably locks the seat in any selected position.
