ABSTRACT:
An auxiliary lock has an actuating plate provided with an arm to push two teeth in a pulling plate to extend out or retract in a dead bolt. The actuating plate has two straight sides forming a 90.degree. to selectively contact the middle portion of a plate spring, which has one moveable and a fixed end.
