ABSTRACT:
An apparatus including a brush assembly positionable toward and away from a vehicle wheel which assembly cleans the vehicle tire sidewall by oscillatory brush motion. A base supports extensible carrier means on which the brush assembly moves while actuators impart outward and inward movement to the brush assembly.
