An assembly (10) having an outer barrel (12) and an inner barrel (30) having a pair of dissimilar sized bearings (38, 40) which are press fit within the outer barrel (12) and which permit the inner barrel (30) to mechanically rotate by the use of a motor assembly (50), a gear assembly (52), a battery (92), a gear (36), and a switch (54) having a depressible plunger (56) and a method for increasing the accuracy of a paint projectile by use of the assembly10.
