ABSTRACT:
An artificial vessel made of an elastomer having a network structure over the entire thickness of the vessel wall with small pores having a maximum diameter of from 1 to 100 .mu.m which communicate between the inner surface and the outer surface, and having a porosity of 75 to 87.5% by volume and a compliance of 0.1 to 0.8.
