ABSTRACT:
Disclosed is an articulated bed has a stationary frame and a plurality of mattress support sections defining a mattress support area, the support sections including: a left section, a right section, a head section and a leg section. Each of the left, right, head and leg sections are hingedly movable, thereby enabling a patient to turn the body to the left or right and to sit up or lift the legs.
