ABSTRACT:
A plurality of circuit blocks are arranged in the longitudinal direction in which data is transferred, and this pattern of the longitudinally arranged circuit blocks is repeated laterally. The identical circuit blocks repeated laterally are provided with a common control line pattern. The main power-supply line pattern is formed longitudinally on the axes of symmetry for the repetition of the circuit blocks.
