ABSTRACT:
In a propelling unit for boats there is an inboard drive motor which via a connection through the stern board of the boat transmits torque to a propeller unit in an outboard drive. The outboard drive is movable relative to the drive motor by means of a worm gear, which is manoeuvered via a servo unit which cooperates with a retainer for selectively locking the position of the outboard drive.
