ABSTRACT:
An adjustable switchboard desk has a top which can be raised and lowered by at least two telescopic legs. In each telescopic leg a hydraulic cylinder and its associated piston are arranged. The cylinder is fixed to the desk-top and the piston is fixed to an outer part of the telescopic leg, or vice versa. The inner and outer parts of the respective telescopic legs are made of closed profile with longitudinally extending, mutually co-acting guide surfaces.
