ABSTRACT:
An aromatic carboxylic acid compound of the following formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 is a C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 alkyl group, each of X.sup.1 and X.sup.2 is independently a C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl group, m is an integer of 0 or 1, and n is an integer of 0, 1 or 2, or a salt thereof.
