ABSTRACT:
A method of preserving cellulosic material that includes the application of an archival composition on the substrate. The aerosol archival product includes an aerosol archival composition and may be disposed in a pressurized container. The aerosol archival composition includes one or more chlorinated fluorinated hydrocarbons, an amino-containing compound and a basic metal compound. The aerosol archival composition may also contain an adhesion promoter.
