ABSTRACT:
In a blowing chamber for the arcs appearing between the contacts of an electrical circuit breaking apparatus, e.g. a current limiting apparatus, a blowing loop is constituted by a conductor passing firstly parallel to a movable contact, then externally along a deflector, and finally opposite a massive part of split fins.
