ABSTRACT:
An aqueous organosiloxane liquid composition in a homogeneous state is disclosed, which contains (A) aqueous modified organosilicon compound having at least one polyether group as a side chain, (B) liquid organopolysiloxane, (C) a cross-linking agent, (D) a curing catalyst and, optionally, (E) a filler. This composition undergoes uniform curing, when exposed to the atmosphere of a temperature of up to 300.degree. C., to form a siloxane polymer composition in a form of a film, fibers, a composite structure, a composite sheet or a building material. The composition can also be used as a coating composition or varnish.
