ABSTRACT:
The invention relates to novel aqueous compositions containing (1) organosilicon compounds comprising ammonium groups, containing at least one grouping consisting of two protonated nitrogen atoms per molecule, said atoms being linked by at least three carbon atoms, (2) acid anions, the corresponding acids thereof having a pkavalue higher than 0, (3) water, (4) optionally a solvent which can be mixed with water, and (5) optionally emulsifying agents. Said aqueous compositions are preferably homogeneous aqueous solutions.
