ABSTRACT:
Aqueous dispersions comprising:
A. a thermosetting hydroxy-functional condensation copolymer, such as the copolymer of diphenyl oxide and formaldehyde;
B. a curing amount of curing agent, such as acid-catalyzed hexamethoxymethylmelamine; and
C. an aqueous polyvinyl alcohol, have good shelf stability.
