The invention relates to a composition, in particular a cosmetic or dermatological composition, having an aqueous dispersion of vesicles with a lipid membrane, characterized in that the lipid membrane contains at least one carbamate of following formula (I): ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are defined in the specification.
