ABSTRACT:
An aqueous cosmetic or dermo-pharmaceutical composition contains, in suspension in the continuous phase, hydrated spheroids of a hydrophilic lipidic substance. The hydrated spheroids have an average particle diameter ranging from 50 to 10,000 .mu.m. A process for the preparation of this composition is described.
