ABSTRACT:
An aquadynamic swim apparatus and method. A foil projects outwardly from a swimmer's lower leg, the foil having the shape of an airfoil and being adapted for a controlled angle of attack and rate of change thereof in response to forces applied by a swimmer's leg strokes. A second foil projects inwardly from the swimmer's lower leg, the foil being adapted for passive, limited inclination and declination.
