ABSTRACT:
An applicator device for applying a liquid product is provided. The applicator device includes a reservoir for containing the product, and having an opening; a removable closure member for sealing the opening; and an applicator member mounted in fluid communication with the reservoir. The applicator member preferably includes at least one block formed of an absorbent material, capable of being compressed. According to the invention, an elastically compressible structure forms a support for the applicator member, the support having a compressibility that is greater than the compressibility of the applicator member.
