ABSTRACT:
An apparatus using a vibration motor as a drive source is arranged to inhibit a starting action of the vibration motor when the motor is found to be in a sticking state and not drivable. The arrangement effectively prevents inconveniences from being caused by an attempt to drive the motor by continuously applying a driving signal to the motor when the motor is in the sticking state.
