ABSTRACT:
The invention relates to an apparatus for the transfer of heat or refrigerant between two separate flows of fluid, by means of a heat pump incorporating a refrigeration cycle. The refrigeration apparatus comprises an evaporator, a compressor, a condenser and a regulating valve, the evaporator and the condenser being adapted for heat exchange with the two separate fluid flows. During a heating operation, one of the fluid flows, before entering the evaporator, is brought into heat exchange in a first heat exchanger with the refrigeration cycle between the condenser and the regulating valve.
