ABSTRACT:
An apparatus for removing material from a work area during substantially continuous movement therealong, the apparatus having a frame; a wheel assembly mounted on the frame for rotation about a substantially upright axis of rotation; a plurality of material removing members mounted on the wheel assembly in outward extension therefrom; and an assembly for mounting the frame on a vehicle for movement along the work area with a portion of the wheel assembly in ground engagement whereby the wheel assembly is rotated to remove material from the work area with the removing members.
