The platform extends obliquely to the path of the watercraft so that a section of the platform is submerged. Watercraft traveling along a predetermined path are engaged by a section of the rotating platform as it surfaces and is carried by the platform over an arcuate path as it rotates. The watercraft is disengaged from the rotating platform as the section of the platform on which it rests submerges.
