ABSTRACT:
Apparatus for receiving an insulator assembly supports end closures for relative movement to be placed in fluid sealed relation with ends of the insulator assembly. A fluid conduit extends interior to the end closures and is accessible exteriorly thereof. A unidirectional valve is registered with the conduit whereby the insulator assembly may be interiorly pressurized for expansion of a sleeve member therein.
