ABSTRACT:
An apparatus in which a high vision signal having 1125 horizontal lines per frame is divided into three signals and three channel signals each having 375 horizontal lines per frame are obtained wherein the resultant three channel signals are time base expanded, three channel signals in a base band of 10 MHz are obtained, and the three channel signals are independently recorded onto a medium. A recording medium on which signals is recorded and processed by the above apparatus is provided.
