ABSTRACT:
An apparatus for testing circuit boards is disclosed. The apparatus uses double ended electrically conductive pins inserted in a physically programmable pin board in combination with a direct hard wired constant matrix pin board and a programmable comparison device to form the testing apparatus for use in testing circuit boards.
