ABSTRACT:
Disclosed herein is an antitumor formulation, which contains an .alpha.,.alpha.-trehalose-6,6'-dicarboxylate, which is represented by the following general formula (I): ##STR1## wherein R means a C.sub.1 -C.sub.21 alkyl group, and a lipopolysaccharide. The antitumor formulation features low toxicity and high antitumor activities.
