ABSTRACT:
An antirust additive for lubricants based on perfluoropolyethers, comprising one of the fluoropolyether compounds having functionalized end groups selected from --CN, --CH.sub.2 NR.sub.1 R.sub.2 and ##STR1## and in particular a combination of these with small amounts of a fluoropolyether with acid end groups.
