ABSTRACT:
The present invention relates, e.g., to a glycoconjugate composition comprising one or more polysaccharide types from a cell wall polysaccharide preparation fromB. pumilusSh 18, or variants thereof. Also disclosed are antibodies generated against the glycoconjugates, and methods of using the glycoconjugates and antibodies. An antimultiorganism vaccine which reacts against at leastHaemophilus influenzaetype a,Haemophilus influenzaetype b,Staphylococcus aureus, andStaphylococcus epidermidis, is disclosed.
