The present invention relates to a useful antiinflammatory and/or antiallergic composition comprising a compound of the formula: ##STR1## (wherein the R's are same or different and each means a hydrogen atom or lower alkyl group) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient.
