Antiinflammatory 4,5-dicyclic-2-(substituted thio)-imidazoles and their corresponding sulfoxides and sulfones, such as, 4-(4-fluorophenyl)-2-(1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethylsulfonyl)-5-(2-thienyl)-1H-i midazole, useful for treating arthritis and related diseases.
