25-Aza-vitamin D.sub.3, 25-methylvitamin D.sub.3, cholanocalciferol dimethylamide and methods for preparing the same. The compounds are characterized by anti-vitamin D activity and find application where inhibition of the intestinal calcium transport or bone calcium mobilization effects of vitamin D are desirable.
