ABSTRACT:
Anti-solar cosmetic composition containing as the protective agent against actinic rays a compound of the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sub.3 is hydrogen, --COR.sub.1 or --CHOHR.sub.1 wherein R.sub.1 is CH.sub.3 and R.sub.4, R.sub.5, R.sub.6 and R.sub.7 each independently represent hydrogen or --OR.sub.2 wherein R.sub.2 is lower alkyl containing 1-4 carbon atoms.
