ABSTRACT:
In accordance with the present invention, an anchor assembly is described for use in association with double- and single-keeper padlocks that substantially strengthens such padlocks to withstand prying leverage moments applied at the crown of the shackle. Such padlocks have an upper registry surface through which a shackle disconnectably connects to define locking and unlocking positions.
