ABSTRACT:
Gold(III) phosphine complexes [Aum(CNC)mL]n+(where HCNCH=2,6-diphenylpyridine) and their use as anti-tumor agents are disclosed. Notable results for the appearance of new potential anti-tumor application of these gold(III) complexes are reported. The described complexes show promising cytotoxic properties toward cancer cells in both in vitro and in vivo studies.
