ABSTRACT:
Disclosed are anthranilic acid derivatives having Formula (I):and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof; and pharmaceutical compositions comprising such compounds. Also disclosed are methods of using such compounds in the treatment of conditions or diseases such as prostate cancer, and methods of using such compounds in the inhibition of 17β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 3 enzyme.
