ABSTRACT:
This invention provides an antenna module comprising: a helical antenna1including a base2and a pair of terminals4, 5and a helical area formed on the base2; a power supply7for supplying power to one of the pair of terminals4, 5of the helical antenna1; an opening connected to the other of the pair of terminals; an antenna substrate9on which the antenna7is mounted; a grounding area10formed in the vicinity of the power supply7; and a peripheral conductor16formed at least a portion on the periphery of the antenna substrate9, wherein the peripheral length of the peripheral conductor16formed on the periphery of the antenna substrate9is nearly integer times as long as ¼ wavelength of a resonance frequency.
