ABSTRACT:
A fabric body of a rectangular shape for encircling a user's ankle. The fabric is constructed with a plurality of side-by-side compartments, each having an opening thereinto to receive a weight, and comprising an inner and outer layer at least one of which is larger than the other so that the compartments are selectively collapsible and enlargeable so as to accommodate at least two weights.
