Anilinopyrimidine derivatives of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R is --CH.sub.2 C(O)CH.sub.3 or --CH.dbd.C(Cl)CH.sub.3, are useful as intermediates in the production of anilinopyrimidine fungicides.
