ABSTRACT:
An anchor bolt assembly for securing a bolt in a bore hole having a settable bonding material therein utilizes a standard smooth bolt or a rebar which has a head on one end and which is threaded to receive a nut on the other end. Improved mixing of the bonding material and improved tensioning of the bolt is achieved by attaching a rod or wire to the nut or head and to a second point of attachment along the bolt.
