An analytical device according to the present invention comprises a liquid accommodating chamber9for accommodating a sample solution of a quantity required for analyzing; a volume measuring chamber10connected to the liquid accommodating chamber9with a connecting path13and disposed in the exterior of the liquid accommodating chamber9in a radial direction; an overflowing chamber11connected to the volume measuring chamber10for accommodating an excessive quantity of the sample solution; and a measuring cell12for transferring and measuring the sample solution measured in the volume measuring chamber10; wherein an overflowing port14of the volume measuring chamber10is connected to a flow-in port16of the overflowing chamber11by a capillary path17.
