ABSTRACT:
An accurate repeatable quantitative determination of the concentration of organic additives, additive breakdown products and organic contaminants in plating baths can be made using a novel high-pressure liquid chromatography apparatus in combination with size exclusion chromatography and total organic carbon analysis.
